To request a booking with LENA INKS please take a moment to fill out the form and include the required information.

1. Subject or Theme of the tattoo.
Include 1-5 reference images that depict the style and/or subject. These can be your own drawings as well. Add a short description of the idea and what you like/dislike in the individual reference images.

2. Placement.

Which are the spots you consider for the tattoo. Do you have any scars or others tattoos there? Please include a well-lit, non-distorted image (no mirror shots, please).

3. Size.

The approximate size you see the tattoo to have.

4. Availability.

Please state some possible dates. What times or week days are preferred and wich ones are never an option. Please also consider your planned holidays or upcoming public holidays. You should not take a beach vacation, wellness trip or take part in any sport event three weeks after your tattoo appointment as it may affect the healing process. Please ask if you are unsure.

5. Health.

Are there any known allergies, health conditions or limitations I should be made aware of.

6. Age.

I only tattoo people 18+ years.
